Eu sabia que dava para fazer isso via Query do MySQL, o porém era como fazer. No meu caso, eu optei por mudar a pasta dos arquivos (que antes era /uploads) para /arquivos, além de que meu blog já passou por 3 dominíos diferentes (o que implicava em imagens dos posts antigos não aparecerem).
